Sarah Fortino is Experienced Technology Teacher who has taught technology to students in age three through grade nine.  Her teaching career has taken her to several different continents before landing her in Boston and at The Chestnut Hill School.  Before becoming an Instructional Technology teacher Sarah taught grades two and five. She is a Certified Common Sense Media Digital Citizenship Educator as well as a Common Sense Ambassador; she is also a Certified BrainPop Educator.  She has collaborated on numerous STEM/STEAM projects at the Chestnut Hill School and other schools. Sarah worked at the Boston Science Museum as a Teacher in Residence during the summer of 2017 with a focus on K-3 Computer Science. She has a Masters of Education (M.Ed.) focused in Elementary Education and Instruction from University of Massachusetts Boston; her Bachelor's Degree is in Photographic Electronic Imaging with a concentration in Computer Animation from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.
