Afraid your students are isolated while using technology? This hands-on workshop will show you ways to use technology and foster collaboration in the classroom and beyond. Some tools highlighted include, GooseChase, Code.org, GoogleClassroom, SeeSaw, BreakoutEDU, GoogleDrive, and BrainPOP.

Attendees will walk away a plethora of different apps, online tools and experiences that foster collaboration for students in the classroom and beyond. They will have experienced GooseChase and BreakoutEDU, and have the knowledge to implement these tools in their classrooms.  They will posses a deeper understanding of the benefits for student work with peers around critical thinking, communication, creativity as well as collaboration.  Finally, they will have a clear understanding of how to utilize Google Drive and Classroom to promote students using each other as resources.
