In this session we will learn how to design new learning opportunities for students to creatively express their knowledge using the Personal Digital Inquiry model & Dr. Renee Hobbs’s new book Create to Learn. The first half of our session will be spent looking at the aspects of the inquiry including generating questions, collaborating & discussing findings with peers, accessing and analyzing potential ideas for creativity, taking action through the creation and, finally, reflecting on the action. The second half of the session will center mediums for digital media creation that you can bring to your classroom. We'll look at options such as blogging, vlogging, podcasting among other means of sharing one's learning.
