Discover innovative methods to create a school and classroom culture that "IGNITES" student learning.  Digital Learning Coach/Grade 3 master teacher Jed Stefanowicz shares strategies to leverage technology and innovation to create a Combustible Classroom- the culture and space to spark engagement and enhance teaching and learning.  Through personal and professional stories and 23 years of classroom stories, Jed’s high-energy workshop will focus on digital content creation, coding, makerspaces, greenscreen, passion projects and discovering modes for students to show what they know through technology. Explore through the Who, What, Where, When, Why and How of creating a culture of dynamic learning that is student-focused, inquiry-inspired and engagement-driven. Dive into station-rotation implementation, computational thinking, and flexible tech-integration to promote the conditions for combustion, incorporating elements of Blended Learning, Differentiation, and the 4 C’s to share tools for the elementary teacher to personalize instruction and meet the needs of every learner.
